Ramona Joyce Mercer

She was a good lady and a joy to the children.

Not forgotten. I remember her well. She played a important part in my childrens life journey.

I remember Mrs. Mercer as the GATE teacher in the 1980s. She really was inspiring. We dissected frogs, learned Spanish, and learned about ancient Egypt. I have often wished that all the kids had access to the resources and joy that she shared with us. Thank you, Mrs. Mercer.

Ramona was a very caring person and always there to help others. She loved her art and loved sharing it with others. She will be missed by all. Loved being able to reconnect with her and Carl after losing contact with them for so many years. We had a lot of laughs together. Condolences to the entire family.
