Pete gave me the opportunity to come to Texas with Trane in 1969. Over the next 16 years, he continued to give me the opportunities to grow - both in business and as a person. As a 'rookie' Trane salesman in 1967, Pete was my mentor. He gave me the opportunity to develop my business & personal strengths.
