The Korean War Veterans Association Department of Florida and Chapter 173 send our belated condolences on the passing of our Brother In Arms 2nd Lt. Ramsey W. Dulin, III U.S Army Reserves.
He served his country well and honorably.
May he Rest In Peace.

So many memories of my dear Uncle Ramsey. He always greeted with a warm and gentle hug, and kiss on the cheek. He called me (and many of his loved family members and friends) “sweetie”. He loved to make others smile, and when his jokes were followed with laughter you could see the light in his eyes and his cheeks turn rosy from smiling proudly himself. :) His love was quietly known. Pam, I was so sad to read of Ramsey's passing. I miss taking care of him as well as you and Fody. Just wanted you to know I was thinking of you at this time.

Wonderful person...one of the best and til this day..the most witty and kindest of us all..

Pam, Ramsey and I graduated together from Edgewater in the Class of 1965. We were acquaintances. But in our professional lives we became friends. I also worked for Barnie's Coffee & Tea, responsible for franchising and leasing agreements with mall developers. On a constant weekly basis I would meet with Ramsey for legal advice, with telephone calls back and forth daily for 5 years. He was a joy to work with and I know he will be missed.
