Not sure what to say?

He was a Loving Father,
I remember all the lectures he gave me and I took most of them and applied it to life. Sure enough it made me who I am today. I miss him ,yes I miss him, but I love him more. Each day I wake up and notice he is not there and every Night before I go to bed I thank the Lord for taking him away from his suffering. He wont be there physically at my Graduation, Marriage, or Retirement but he will be there in Spirit, I can feel him. It saddens me that I am entitled...

I'm saddened to hear of everyone's loss of Randy, (especially his family's). The fondest of memories come to mind when I think of Randy.
We had great times growing up in the Mountainville community. Times that are a thing of the past, but will never be forgotten by all his friends. Randy is loved by all who's lives he was part of, and he will be in our prayers. May the fond memories of those that knew him, comfort his family at this time of sorrow. God Bless you brother.

Randy, I'll always remember looking up to you and my big brother Elwood "Bill" because you were the older guys always doing the coolest things. The days of South Mountain band practices, paper routes and Gritsky's will be memories forever. You always had many fine friends. Say Hi to Bill for me.

Joyce, Elwood Sr. and Shirley Black would like to express their deepest sympathy and condolences to all the Brobst families on their heart-felt loss.

I can remember nothing but good times with Class of 1968 Dieruff friends Randy, John, Bill, Marsha, Don, Tom, Paul and others in the years following graduation. A few of us were aware of his illness, and we kept in touch when we could in the last year or two via e-mail. I was especially interested his desire to teach, as I am a retired teacher myself. We would discuss his new career periodically. When several e-mails went unanswered, I feared this outcome. My love, condolences, and best...

Dear Wally Nora And Family
Our fondest memories are the days
we lived next to you folks in Mtvl.
Randy was such a nice kid, and he
will remain in our prayers always.
God bless and keep all of you.
Love John and Mary

Dear Family of Randy,

My sincere sympathy goes to all of you. Randy was very special person already when I knew him as a youngster and young man, a dear friend of my late brother Elwood. I am not surprised to see the kind of man he grew to be, as he was such an exceptional boy. May you find comfort in one another and in happy memories.

Sincerely,

My sincere condolences to Randy's family.I knew you in much simpler times, from Elementary to High School. Living only a few houses away in Mountainville, we had some great times playing in all the fields and woods in our neighborhood back then, when we were "little" and couldn't go too far from home. Although we hadn't seen each other since graduation, I will always remember and cherish those chilhood memories and the friendship we shared growing up.

To the Brobst family,

I am deeply saddened by the news of Randy's passing. Having grow up with him brings back some fond memories. Although we hadn't seen each other in many years, I will never forget his ability to make people laugh with his happy-go-lucky attitude.

I remember fondly back about '63 Randy, Elwood Black and I went to the Parkway lanes and joined a youth bowling league, as a team, several weeks after the season had started. Needless to say we won the...
