Not sure what to say?

Something made me think of Mr Fisher today and I wanted to come here to read some of the tributes and remember him... He was such a great, funny teacher who knew how to make learning math fun even though I hated math and was a, "words" girl. All of the "click click" and "Hey Doc" messages have me remembering how he used to talk about the chickens and pigs in the algebra stanchions. He was the turning point to my family nickname becoming Margo because I had such horrible handwriting he...

THE CREATION OF THE TEACHER
Author Unknown

The Good Lord was creating teachers. It was His sixth day of 'overtime' and He knew that this was a tremendous responsibility for teachers would touch the lives of so many impressionable young children. An angel appeared to Him and said, "You are taking a long time to figure this one out."

"Yes," said the Lord, " but have you read the specs on this order?"

TEACHER:

…must stand above all students, yet...

"Mr. Fisher was by far the best teacher I had throughout grade school. He inspired kids to learn and did not want you in his class unless learning was the main objective. He helped me get to the United States Naval Academy and I was blessed to have known him. My prayers go out to Gloria and the entire Fisher family."

Mr. Fisher was a great teacher. He will be missed. He inspired me to become a math teacher.

Mr. Fisher was an amazing Algebra teacher. What an awesome sense of humor he had. Tri-County has lost one of their best.

Gloria and Family, Our prayers are with you in your time of sorrow! With Love, The Schwandt Family

Mr. Fisher was my favorite teacher and had the biggest impact on my life. I still remember the big thumbs up he would give me or whoever else did a good job that day and talking about life out “in the sticks”. From algebra to drivers education he always made things fun to get through. My thoughts go to his family.
