Randall was born on August 24, 1931 and passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019. Randall was a resident of Scranton, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. A graduate of Scranton Technical High School, he worked as a printer at the Scranton Times throughout his life and retired after 35 years; a member of the American Legion and a veteran of the US Navy during the Korean War. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Randall's charity of choice, Smile Train, a nonprofit organization providing corrective surgery for children with cleft palates.
