Not sure what to say?

Yolanda, Joyce and I extend our deepest sympathy. Randy was a dear friend and I was shocked at seeing this announcement in the Tarheel Guardsman. He hired me to work in Ahoskie and to say the least we were two strong willed men. He knew his job, he knew how to get it done, he understood Guard politics and I loved him for it. We were always friends and you were the love of his life! It was an honor to serve with him.

To the Family:

I'm so sorry for your loss. Randy was the Admin Officer here at
HQ 1st Bn (M) 119th Infantry for several years. When we found out that the
new AO was a "yankee" from Michigan most of us were a little apprehensive to say the least. That myth was dispelled early on. Randy was an understanding
co-worker and a genuine friend. He had a great attitude and was very
supportive of the full time staff as well as the part time troops.

I feel that I speak...

My heart goes out to Yolanda and, Family. I know I only met Randy, Leroy and, Mike just a few years ago. But, it feels like I've known them my whole life. Randy will be missed and, I am glad, even though I am only half, that I can call you Brother! Gregg and Karen Johnson

Dad, a day has not gone by that I don't miss you. I will treasure the last week we had together.
