Randall Lowe

I'm so happy that I met Randy when we bought Christmas trees from him. He was so helpful and kind. I know now that Cindy has come to join him in the heavens.

To Cindy and family, we will always remember Randy with joy and thankfulness for his generosity and warm, loving nature ... he was definitely a "one in a million" man and neighbor.

We will miss this great guy! I always enjoyed his huge smile & quick sense of humor as a best buddy of my brother Ron Randall. Ron, Randy & several other Buddies were a great source of fun & "constant entertainment" to our parents, Walt & Dorothy Randall. Randy generously donated one of his beautiful Christmas trees to the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs every Christmas, for many years to display in our lobby. His annual commitment was a true honor to all veterans and appreciated by many. I will miss him and I am sorry for your loss.
