A great childhood friend.... So much time spent together. And I am thankful for that. He will be missed. With my deepest sympathy to the Rankin Family.

Randy was a level-headed, stand-up guy. He was on the THS football team that beat Wash High our senior year and I ran a leg of the mile relay on the track team with him. A great role model who will be sorely missed.
