Randall D. Rankin

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), I offer our sincere condolences on Randall's passing. You and your loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers. We are forever grateful for Randall's service to our country in the U.S. Submarine Service. To our Brother of the Phin we say, Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. A great childhood friend.... So much time spent together. And I am thankful for that. He will be missed. With my deepest sympathy to the Rankin Family.

Randy was a level-headed, stand-up guy. He was on the THS football team that beat Wash High our senior year and I ran a leg of the mile relay on the track team with him. A great role model who will be sorely missed.
