Randall was born on December 22, 1956 and passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. Randall was a resident of Waubay, South Dakota at the time of passing. Funeral services will be 10:30 A.M. Tuesday August 14, 2018 at New Helgen Lutheran Church near Florence, Pastor Mindy Ehrke will officiate. Burial will be in the Lakewood Cemetery near Waubay. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M. with a 5:30 P.M. prayer service on Monday at the funeral home.
