Everyone Knows - Randy was a genuine, high energy, unique, and very caring individual. More than once, memories of good natured fun with him make my top 10 list of Best Times. His smile was always right there and ready to go. If a person (or stray pet) needed a hand, Randy led the charge and folks were thankful to simply know him.
