Randall John Wigren

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Randall John "Randy" Wigren passed away surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer. Randy was born on July 1, 1948 to Harry John and Shirley Wise Wigren in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Olympus High School in 1965. Randy married his high school sweetheart, Judy Marie Madsen on April 9th 1967. Together they had five children, Brett, Greg, Brandon, Jennifer and Christopher. Randy lived a full and rewarding life and loved nothing more than being surrounded by his family.
Randy is survived by his loving wife and partner in crime, Judy, their five children Brett (Christina) Wigren, Greg (Teresa) Wigren, Brandon (Kacey) Wigren, Jennifer (Mike) Howell, Christopher (Jocie) Wigren; grandchildren Chelsee, Colin, Skylar, Taylor, Hayden, Tyler, and Aidan; brothers Terry Nuttall and Brent Wigren; mother-in-law Beverly Madsen; step-mother Shirley Wigren. He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley; father John, sister Connie, and father-in-law Robert Madsen.
Family and friends may call at a viewing on May 19, 2017 from 10:30am to 12:00pm at Broomhead Funeral Home, 12600 South 2200 West, Riverton, Utah. Graveside service with full Military honors will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 12:30pm, Utah Veterans Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Rd., Bluffdale, Utah.
