Not sure what to say?

Hello,
We realize that we are very late to express our deepest condolences, but we wanted to let your family and friends know that we will be sending Care Packages to deployed troops this week and several of these will be dedicated to your loved one. I didn't see a way to contact you in your message, so I will give you Randy's Uncle Jeff's phone number 847-532-3228 and you can call him anytime, please leave a message if he doesn't answer and he will be sure to return your call. ...
