To Randy's Family: Randy was loved and respected by everyone who worked with him at Sac Metro Fire. He was an excellent fire captain who served bravely and helped thousands of people. Randy always conducted himself as a gentleman and his performance reflected great credit upon himself and the fire service. His brothers and sisters at Sac Metro proudly served with him, and he is deeply missed.
