From the time I first met you in 1972 you always opened your home and your heart to me. I always knew the door would be open whenever I visited Washington and you never ceased to amaze me by taking me to new places every time I visited. I will greatly miss our spirited conversations about whatever crossed our minds and the laughs we had. My condolences to the McManus family at this difficult time.

Randy, you are so very missed here at the office! But know that your goodness and generosity are living on!

in honor of your life, and the spirit that came through.

My sympathy and condolences go out to the family and friends of Randy McManus. I knew him from my time at Williams College as a fellow incoming freshman from Texas. My impression was that he was very special to have come from Corpus Christi King High School to such a prestigous and inaccessible college.
