Randy A. Arndt, 63, of Willmar, died Friday, January 11th at his home. His memorial service will be at 2:00 pm, Friday, January 18th at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Willmar. Visitation will be one hour prior to his service. Burial will be at a later date in Appleton Cemetery....
