To the Burke family,

First, I would like to send my condolence to the family. Randy and I were neighbors off Chestnut Street in Harrisburg, PA. We go back as far as second or third grade maybe a little younger. I can witness his jokes growing up, with that said he had a beautiful smile, loved music and was very bright. Randy, was the type he knew what he wanted and went for what ever it was. Last, very spoil great impact of his sister, they were very close.

"GOD BLESS”
