I hired Randy at KRSP to be our Production Director.He quicky gained a promotion to be the Program Director of Rock 103 KRSP. The station under his leadership became on of the premier radio stations in the Salt Lake area and wise widely respected nationally. He worked in developing the Jon and Dan show a very popular Utah morning show for years. After leaving for California he and worked on some projects and continued our friendship. Randy was like my brother. we had so many fun memories that i will never forget. so many great conversations about politics, sports, music just to name a few. this is a loss that will never stop hurting for me. taken way to soon. he had so much to give and our family feels this incredible loss. he fought incredibly hard and i´m glad he is out of pain. life feels so unfair at times.

Randy was a great "cousin". He was bigger than life and I always listened to him on KRSP 103.5 in Utah/SLC. He was just a nice guy, calm, kind, considerate and had a true Radio Disc Jockey deep voice. He got me in to Lagoon for many a concert in the 80's and haunted houses as he promoted a lot of events also. Great guy. He will be missed.

Randy was one of the best. I always appreciated his calmness, wisdom, and his willingness to talk to everyone he met. Randy will be missed but never forgotten. I´m grateful for Randy´s friendship, rest in peace my friend.
