Randy was the best boss and friend that I ever had. He knew how to make everyone feel special. Many great conversations took place in my car on sales trainings and elsewhere. Many company trips with NCH were made even more special because you knew Randy and Carol were going to be there. He told some of the best jokes and true stories that happened throughout his life and he was a wonderful Christian man! I was always a better person when I got to spend time with him!
