Not sure what to say?

I played fast pitch softball against Randy in the 70s a real competitor and a lot of fun. In later years I sold him and Margaret cars a pleasure and gentleman to work with.

From the Eulogy I delivered at my Dad's funeral service. These words mean the world to me as every one is an absolute testament to the great man he was and I will continue to strive every day to live up to the model he set for me and his father set for him. I love you, Dad...I love you, Grandpa. You are missed every day :
My dad stood here in this exact same spot less than 6 months ago and gave a similar talk about his father. I watched my dad struggle with what to say and how to say...

Dear Margret,
we miss Randy on our street, driving by for a chat with the golf cart and discuss golf, cars and more.
And we are very happy to see you around and meet you at the afternoon pool parties and keep you as our neighbor.
We wish you only happy days and hope to see you in November!

Take care
Barbara and Michael Witzel, your German neighbors in Olde Hickory

Dear Margaret and family,
My shock in reading the obits in the CMU (Centralight Fall 2018 issue)
and finding Randy's name there! I am so sorry to discover this news. You two were a "Unit" from our years at Flint Northwestern and I will cherish the good
times. Thank you for renewing that friendship in Gaylord a year ago. My prayers are with you and your family. What a sad loss. Gail Haenlein, NW class of 1966

My condolences to the family and memory of Randy Johnson, a great teammate and fellow Chippewa.
