I just today learned of Randy´s passing. We were great friends in elementary school and have laughed about our 4th grade "romance" over all these years. I was so disappointed each time he went to the hospital hoping for his transplant only to learn that it wasn´t to be. I thought of him yesterday and said it was time to check in. Today I learned that he was gone. He was so grateful for the family´s support and talked about all of you. We had lots of laughs since we reconnected several years...
