Not sure what to say?

My belated condolences to all of Randy's family. I just learned of his passing after looking at old pictures (see attached) and I Google him. I had the pleasure of working with Randy for a few years on PG&E's litigation of the Helms Lost Canyon Penstock failure in the mid 1980s. We did not keep in touch over the years but I always remembered his good nature, fun spirit and hard work. One time we took our kids to Lake Wishon and had a great time. Rest In Peace and the Love of our Father God, Randy. My condolences to Debbie, Nicholas, Ryan, and Matthew. God Bless.

Randy was more than my partner for 20 years; he was my best friend, brother, reality check and the man who always had my back.

His passing has blown a large hole in my life.

We will meet again and the time apart will seem like only an instant.

I will never forget the times I spent at the Penner residence with Matty and all our friends. Randy was always there to put his insight in to what we were doing. He never failed to make us laugh, or give each other an odd look. I will miss him. - Britney Reyes

Our greatest condolences to the Matty Penner and his family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you Mattie. With deepest sympathy,
Mr. and Mrs. Rick Reyes

My prayers and thoughts go out to each one of you in the Family. Randy was a special friend to me.

Randy was a true gentleman. In a profession where many are blinded by their desire to win, Randy always stayed grounded. When I first started practicing, I remember Randy always offering a hand. My thoughts are with his family at this difficult time.
