Randy W. Raisner, 65, of Mt. Bethel, PA, passed away Saturday, July 5th, at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono, East Stroudsburg, PA.


Randy was born in East Stroudsburg, PA, on December 25, 1959, a son of Theresa L. (Vogler) Stopp, of Mt. Bethel, PA, and the late Melvin Raisner, Jr.


He was employed as a machine operator at Orbel Corp. in Easton, PA, until retiring in 2022. Randy was a graduate of Bangor High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and NASCAR.


In addition to his mother Theresa, Randy is survived by a daughter, Jessica Havnen, wife of Peter, a son, Scott Raisner, husband of Michelle, two sisters, Sherry Diorio and Nicole Dutt, a brother, Ricky Raisner, companion Sonja Hallett, five grandchildren Julia, Emily, Ethan, Summer, and Kirstan, two great-grandchildren Levi and Cameron, and nieces and nephews.


Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family at Riverview Cemetery in Portland, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Gaffney Parsons Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., "Village of Johnsonville," Bangor, PA. Online condolences may be offered at gaffneyparsons.com.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Terri and the family. I remember Randy from visiting his mom with my mom many years ago.
