Randy Tolar

I had known Randi going clear back to Robert Frost elementary school in Pasco. As kids, he was so much fun to be around! He was always friendly and personable! We played Grid Kid's football together on the Pasco Bullpups. His older brother, Gary was also on our team. Randy is by far one of the best people I have ever known!
