CLARKTON — Ranzell Burney, 87, passed away Feb. 14 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be Feb. 20 at 2 p.m. at True Vine Holiness Church in Clarkton. Burial will be at Mitchell Field Cemetery.
