I just read on the internet about the passing of my good friend Raphael and I am so sorry that I didn't know about it sooner. I would certainly have been there to pay my last respects to him. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know that I love all of you. I know that he has suffered so much and will finally be at peace.

My late grandmother, Ida Brugger Buchanan is the sister of Raphael's father, George. In the 1960's I met with George in Salt Lake City. He indicated that he was planning to help his son, Raphael, on his farm. I never met Raphael, however with such good parents, I knew Raphael would be like them. Please accept my condolences.
