I am sending this to the book of remembrances for Raphael David. My Dear Raphael, I remember when we first met in the elevator after I moved in to Kips Bay Towers in the 70's . You were carrying a tennis racquet in the elevator which initiated a conversation which continued for 30 years. Raphael’s smile and elegant gentle presence will be greatly missed. We were fortunate to have known him. May his memory be a blessing to his devoted lovely wife, Irene and all the family. Our hearts and thoughts are with you dear Irene during these very sad and difficult days.
