Not sure what to say?

I am also startled and saddened to come across Ricky's obit. It is hard to believe that such a lively and lovely person is gone.
I so loved our many conversations in her kitchen on Monhegan. You couldnt have a conversation with her while walking on Monhegan's main street as so many people wanted to stop her and talk. My condolences and love to Peter, Kris, Louis and Tim.

I remember as a child watching Rickie and Peter on the dock at boat time and even then thinking wow that is romantic chemistry. That is a memory that pops up 50 years later when I stumbled on this...Sigh....Such a lovely person

We aré deeply saddened by the news of Raquel departure. We Pray that God will grant you the strength. My most sincere condolencia to Peter, Chris, Tim and Louise. What a wonderful lady. Our family has such fond memories of her time in Levanna, NY. Norma (chips) Cumm

I remember Ricki well as a childhood friend. Our grandparents were friends too and they took us to the New York Philamonic Concerts together during our school years. Her love of music and her beautiful ability on her instruments will always be remembered by me. I never knew her family but my prayers go out to them. God Bless them all. Ricki's love for her family was only surpassed by her love for the Lord. I have fond memories of her leading the weekly Monhegan Hymn Sings with her infectious enthusiasm and endless energy; our singing was always spirited when she was at the helm. When we would sing her favorite hymn, Revive Us Again, the old wooden church would vibrate as we stamped our feet with the ever increasing music tempo. Another precious island memory I have of her is how she would frantically ride her bike to the...

Words can never express the way we feel about Raquel's departure. We will miss her elegance, kidness, amazing sense of caring and most of all her love for her family near and far. Let's take confort in knowing that she is resting and watching over all of us.
Our love to Peter, Kris, Tim and Louisa.

Her joy for life was infectious and her love of her dear Peter and her family was expressed daily. Raquel had a generous heart and accepted without judgement everyone she met because she could see the good in all. She coped with years of health challenges with courage and faith. She will be greatly missed.

Words cannot express the sadness of Ricki's death. She was such a special friend and passed her artistic and social skills to her children and grandchildren. Fond memories which I hope will comfort you all....
