Rasheed B. Abdul - Salahuddin

Frank Steele (Rasheed Bakeer Abdul-Salahuddin), 65, of Bessemer, AL, passed away on June 29, 2022. He was born April 22, 1957 in Sumpter County, AL, was educated in Louisville, KY and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Rasheed was preceded in death by his wife, Catherine Wright; mother, Lula Steele; father, Andrew Jackson and brother Grady Steele. He is survived by his sisters Pearlie Forbes, Ellen Williams, Beadie (Wesley) Mason, Lula (James) Blanks and Beckie (Larry) Jones and brother Henry Little. Funeral service will be held at Faith Memorial Chapel Funeral Services, 600 9th Ave N, Bessemer, AL on Saturday, July 9 at 1:00PM with burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at Faith Memorial Chapel , 600 9th Ave N, on Friday, July 8 from 1:00PM to 9:00PM.
