I worked in the City's Community Development Department for many years and had many dealings with Raul. He was a kind man and a wonderful individual. I know he will be missed; the world was made a better place by his presence.

I too, had the pleasure of working with Raul in the Planning Department. He was as many of us would say "our fearless leader". Raul, you will be missed by all of us! God bless you and your family in this time of grief and sorrow.

I had the pleasure of working with Raul for many years at the City Planning Department. He was dear friend who I had the utmost respect for and his professionalism, and enjoyed every minute that we shared. My prayers and condolences go out to his family. What a wonderful remarkable individual.

Drowning in the sounds and images of laughter, play, and music, mingled with the tears of pain, separation and grief. No words to express the void and the stretch of time that begins to flow: an unraveling string...longer and longer into infinity.
Nacer, morir, volver a nacer...Tal es la ley.
Be at peace...We will meet, yet again.
