Raul Hector Torralba

Raul and I started working together in Juvenile Hall, San Jose 1976. We became good friends when he became a patrol agent and I remained a Probation Officer. He asked me to urine test the females on his case load! in 1985. He was a sincere friend who never complained when I would ask him to help me with various projects. It is very hard to believe I will not see him anymore. I kept calling him until I read that he had left us. Raul you were a good man. May your soul rest in Peace. Joan Kilgore.

My Condolences to Raul's Family. I met Raul many years ago while I worked with Josie Romero, (his sister) at South County Mental Health Center in Gilroy. Josie and I became good friends. Josie was extremely proud of her baby brother and often spoke very highly of him. Prayers
