Ray was my Executive Officer in How Battery, 3/2 Cavalry in Germany 71-72. I couldn´t have asked for a better XO. He kept me out of trouble on numerous occasions. He was truly a professional and a worthy member of the West Point class of 1970. Well done Ray. Be thou at peace.
