Ray was a wonderful, caring and extremely helpful person to so many people in Vancouver. He will be missed, and always remembered with great fondness and appreciation for a life well lived. May he rest in peace and watch over Linda until they are one day reunited. May God's peace and comfort be present to each of you daily. Dan & Susan Tonkovich

I remember Ray as a caring supervisor and valued friend during the years I worked at WSD. He was truly a good friend to so many and I wish I could have seen him more after he retired. I am so sorry that I am in California at this time and will not be able to attend his funeral Mass. I will be there in prayer.
