Ray was a wonderful, caring and extremely helpful person to so many people in Vancouver. He will be missed, and always remembered with great fondness and appreciation for a life well lived. Linda, you have so many friends at Shorewood and we all care for you and want to comfort you in this very sad time.

Ray was such a character and good friend to our dad, Gene. We enjoyed watching the two banter over a glass of wine. When Ray came into a room, everyone perked up. He loved to socialize, dance and tell stories. He worked at St. Joe's Church, helping our dad with the recycling. The two were a hoot together and became such good buddies. It was truly a joy to see. We will miss Ray and the many conversations we all had with him. He was a dear friend to our dad and visited him often. He always...

I remember Ray as a caring supervisor and valued friend during the years I worked at WSD. He was truly a good friend to so many and I wish I could have seen him more after he retired. I am so sorry that I am in California at this time and will not be able to attend his funeral Mass. I will be there in prayer.
