Ray Baker

Ray was my friend and manager at the Comptroller's Office. His knowledge of taxes and the complex IT system was nothing less than brilliant. Other employees would stand in line waiting
to ask Ray to solve complex issues. He could usually solve the problem immediately. Ray Baker, a beautiful person and a fine gentleman a fantastic friend, who I'll miss as though he was my big brother.
