Ray William Bills

To me he was Bishop Bills. I had the great privilege of serving with him as Ward Clerk. During a particularly trying time in my life, I'll never forget his great kindness to me and my family. In particular, I will always remember and cherish a priesthood blessing he gave to me that literally turned my life around. What a great gift it was to know the delightful and charming Mary Jo, kind and wise Ray, and their terrific sons, Dale, Mark, and Tom, when they lived in our ward in Northern Virginia. How very grateful we will always be for that special blessing.
