Ray Blackmar III

Shocked at Rays passing. I had not seen him during the past year due to Covid. We go back to early 70’s living in the same complex and often working on same customer. Ray was a regular at YMCA. He had a real flare a cool T-Bird Convertible when he was dating. His Westside Condo had A Gold Fish Bowl over the toilet and black material through the nicely decorated bachelor pad. I always enjoyed Rays company. His sense of humor and his big smile. A truly great guy who will be sorely...

I was saddened to read about the passing of Ray.
I grew up 2 doors down from The Blackmars on Fishweir Creek. Can't tell you all the fond memories & stories we had as kids growing up.
Later in life i would see Ray at Industrial Trade Shows. That guy could sell vacant lots, 25 miles East of Jacksonville !! ( BR Reef)
For several years we would take each other out for our BIRTHday lunch.
I enjoyed seeing him recently at the Elks Lodge on Burger Night.
I'll miss that...

Ray was a good friend and coworker.
