Knew Mr Budd for over 50 years since hanging out with his son Mark at old A I Elementary School and Naamans Little League.Never knew a kinder man.Prayers to the famly.

I grew up in McDaniel Heights and was a friend of Mark's. We played football and other sports on the Springer school fields. Mark was a terrific kid and a friend. I remember telling him he would make a great tight end. I met Ray at DCC, we remained friendly through our interactions. Peace to the family.
