I first met Mr. Chancey in the l960's when he was with the Biy Scouts of America and as a State Parole and Probation Officer. He was a stalwart in the Fort King Presbyterian Church and very involved in community activities.
He maintained a very high level of professional integrity and always treated everyone with respect and dignity.
