Ray Elon Fowler

Ray Elon Fowler, 85, Venice, died Aug. 18, 2002. He was born March 15, 1917, in Buffalo, N.Y., and came to Venice in 1979. He was the owner and operator of Fowler's Chocolate of Buffalo for 35 years, retiring in 1978. He was a member of the Sahib Temple in Sarasota and past president of its band....
