In 1967 at MCAF Tustin, I was a Pfc. assigned to H&MS-30 and my Maintenance Officer was LtCol Ray Franklin. He was the best officer I ever served with, bar none. I wish I had been able to stay in contact with him after 1969 when I was transferred to VN. I’m very proud to have served with him from Jan 68- Aug 69.! Semper FI, Sir!!
