Ray Rutland Hester Jr.

I´m so sorry to hear of his passing... I´ll miss our conversations and stories we had at the mailbox.... Latonya! Your letter carrier...

I have happy memories of Ray, our Pi Kappa Alpha brotherhood, and our antics during our years at Auburn University.

Ray Hester was a great man. I had the privilege of knowing him and Martha Ann for most of my life. One of Ray´s many gifts was the tremendous amount of wisdom that he possessed. He will be greatly missed. Love to Martha Ann and to the rest of the family.

Ray was such a kind, happy man! I have such fond memories of him volunteering through the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce, attending Chamber luncheons and - when he was working - buying ads from me to support the Chamber´s annual magazine, Vestavia Hills Living. I was blessed to have crossed paths with him many years ago. Prayers for all who knew and loved him.
