To the Family of Ray Horn---in talking to Bonnie today we found out about Ray's passing. They were our neighbors and wonderful friends, just like family, on impact! We missed them terribly when they moved but kept in touch. Ray was such a delightful, low-keyed individual, softly spoken but he could bring you to laughter in a heartbeat with his quietly spoken witty sayings!! Ray was such sweet man and he will be greatly missed. His spunk, his smile and love for life will always be remembered.

Met Ray as strangers and in 30 minutes knew I had a new brother. See you soon Ray. Thanks for the memories
