Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of being one of his caregivers. I can honestly, honestly say this great man was my friend. Good God, this man was proud of his kids and grandkids. He spoke so beautifully about his wife. Mr. Horton, I will never forget you.

Memories will keep our hearts full

Sorry to hear of Uncle Ray's passing. I last saw him in 2013? at Aunt Etta Mae Horton Guinn funeral and on Nov 1, 2015 at Mom's funeral, Nettie Ruth Horton Campbell.

It has been many years since seeing Uncle Ray (my mother's brother) and sorry to hear of his passing. God Bless.

Ray was a strong Christian, a marine, a church builder and a good friend. I first met Ray in Canada where we built the Canadian southern Baptist Seminary. One day I built a saw horse.Ray kicked it and it fell apart. He taught me how to build. We will miss him...Al Shaffer [email protected]
