Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Hunt and Family,
I had the very good fortune to work with Ray during his tenure with the Virginia State Board of Accountancy. He taught me almost everything I needed to know about my job and just about everything else. Ray was a man of enormous integrity, good humor and friendhip. I feel priviledged to have known him. My sympathy to you in your loss.

Ray Hunt taught me more about integrity and hard work than any teacher I remember. I like to think I have carried this into my practice of public accounting. While I could have taken courses from easier teachers, I have never regretted taking the courses Ray Hunt taught. A B in his classes was better than an A in any other class
and it showed when I went looking for a job. Thank you Ray Hunt for your guidance.

Corbin & Family,
I am sorry to hear about the passing of Ray...Just remember the many good things he shared with all of you during his wonderful life. My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Margaret and Family -

My heart goes out to all of you. Your dad was very generous and kind and all that knew him will deeply miss him.

Sincerely,

Tim Guthrie

As a young UVa administrator, I was horrified and I...

Dear friends: I am so sorry that I cannot be with you at the visitation. You are much in my thoughts and prayers. Ray is with God, and I hope that a portion of his peace and joy will be yours. See you on Friday. Love, Sam
