Ray A. Jackson

Ray Jackson was a big supporter of the Police and Fireman's awards banquet. Ray always believed in recognizing our public safety officers because they were always the ones being called upon when someone needed their help. Thank You Ray for always being there for us that have served in Public Safety. I truly enjoyed the times when we served the FOE committee together. You made a difference.
