I rented from Mr. McKinny when I first moved to Tappahannock in 1987. He was a wonderful landlord and nice man. I enjoyed listening to his stories.
I wasn't always crazy about the 'livestock' he kept up on the farm where I rented. The geese could be mean! We won't talk about his bull!
I would run into him over the years and he always took the time to talk.
My prayers are with you.
