Not sure what to say?

May the God of comfort bring the family peace.

My prayers are for the family during this difficult time. Ray was a outstanding principal and a great individual. I am thankful I had the opportunity to get to know and learn from him during the years he served in Robeson County.

Mr. Oxendine was a sincere and kind individual. I was very grateful and thankful for working with him at South Robeson and Scotland High Schools as my principal.

Mr. Oxendine was the BEST principle at Scotland High School. He will always be remembered for his love of the students, dedication and support. Prayers for the family and everyone he touched. He made everyone feel like family and enjoyed it.

Mr. Ray I will always remember our wonderful conversations we had over the years at Maxton Medical. RIP to a Absolutely Wonderful Man.

I can only echo what everyone that met this man will end up saying- a caring, giving, humble servant of God. A True Gentleman! Mr. Ray gave me my first teaching job (something I never forgot) and came and spoke at my retirement dinner!

This man, this gentleman, this giant of personality and heart, was and will always be a hero of mine! He helped me at a time in my life when life seemed to be at an all-time heartbreaking low for me. I will forever be grateful, thankful for the blessing of knowing Mr. Ray!
