Not sure what to say?

Ray was a good was a wonderful nephew son husband & dad he will always be remembered Aunt Marie

I knew Ray from his Academy days, CS-27. I remember him as a faithful attender of our squadron bible study. He was always an encouragement. Now he is perfectly worshiping Christ, the Lamb that was slain for our sins.

Deborah & famiy,
I am still in a state of shock of the news you gave me of Ray's passing. He was such a wonderful person. We are so grateful that we had the honor of knowing him. He was such a help to us here at Southern Maryland Hospital with our car seat check. He will truly be missed, but we know he is in God's loving hands now.

Ray had strength, courage, physical stamina and mental endurance. My most vivid memory of Ray is from CS-27 in the 1980s. After injuring his leg Ray walked around for numerous weeks/months on crutches, with metal pins and brackets protruding from his leg/trousers, without complaining and remaining upbeat and confident. Despite the uncertainty and seriousness of the injury he remained positive and focused that he would completely heal, still attend UPT, and remain active in athletics...

Deb, Sam, and Rachel,
It has only been a few years since we were all at Spangdahlem. I can't put into words the grief and pain I feel for you right now. Ray was an amazing man, and a great dad and husband. More importantly you were a great family and a joy to be around. I could go on and on about how wonderful Ray was and how wonderful you are, but I will just say that you are in my thoughts and prayers and I am deeply saddened by your loss. Please let me know if there is anything we can...

To Ray's Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I know it has been many years since Ray was a part of my family's life but he will be missed by all of us. I don't know where to begin he used to babysit my sisters and I, he was in my dad's confirmation class and our family visited him when he was in the acadamy in Colorado. Those are only a few of the memories I have. Our prayers are with you all.

Dr. Plumley was definitely a very special individual. I was one of his patients at the Andrews Family Practice Clinic. Dr. Plumley was the BEST doctor I have ever had. He was so attentive, patient, caring, and had the best bedside manner ever! I did not have the opportunity to meet his family, however whenever I came in for an appointment he always shared stories with me about his twin daughters. My prayers go out to his family and I can definitely say that he touched my life in a very...

Dear Shirley and Bryon, Deborah and family,Christine and family.
Our hearts are broken for each and every one of you. From the moment Ray came into to our lives at 6 months old and all those years he has blessed and touched us in so many ways. The world is a better place for those he loved and cared for. Blessings and love. Fred and Peg Shaw

Shirley, Deborah, Rachel and Samantha – You have lost a great son, husband and father. The world has lost a truly talented, loving and honorable man. Measure life in days and you must feel cheated; if impact is your gauge, you have to feel blessed. Few have persevered to do so much and help so many in such little time.

Like many high school friends, Ray and I had not connected in years. However, a while back I did check in via Google and one of the first hits was a letter to...
