Not sure what to say?

Dear Rivas Family:

We had the honor of hosting Ray in our home for the Wounded Warrior Weekend in July. Although we only knew Ray for a few short days, we grew very fond of him and enjoyed his time with us. It was with great shock and sadness that we learned of his death. Our deepest condolences to the family. Ray was a great patriot and a wonderful man. May he rest in peace.

I am honored to have known Lt COL Rivas. What a warrior and patriot. Peace and Blessings.

Dear Colleen,

We feel so honored to have had the opportunity to know Ray. He really lived life to the fullest and we have been encouraged by the life that we've seen in him. Our deepest sympathy to you and all of the family. May God be your source of comfort as you are going through this difficult time.

Much love to all of you,

Dear Rivas family,
I am truly saddened to hear about your lose. I had the pleasure of working with Ray at Kelly and he always had great sense of humor and hearing teh sotries on home repairs. I also got to visit with Ray when he returned and he shared some stories during his deployment and I gained an even greater respect for all he did for his country and for us back here in the states. I also want to say thank you for the sacrifices you made during his deployments. He will be truly...

Ray, you were a good guy. Thanks for loaning me your jacket in Afghanistan, it kept me warm on some cold days. You will be missed. - Mark

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Dear Colleen, Brian, Blair, and Erin,
We were so shocked to read about Ray's passing and so sad that we did not keep in touch when we moved from the neighborhood. We loved hearing about his missions and his eyes would just light up while telling about them. He truly loved what he did and our country owes him such a debt of gratitude.
If there is anything at all we can do for you, please let us know. Steve's still a pretty good handyman.
May God bless and keep you all in this...

Dear Colleen, Brian, Blair and Erin,

My prayers are constantly with you and your family as you mourn the loss of your husband and father. Ray was always a great brother in-law and my family has many happy memories of the times we shared together on his visits to PA.
I am sure that Matt and his Uncle Ray are hanging out tegether in heaven playing basketball.
May you feel God's presence as He leads you through this difficult time.
Love,
Kate
