SPENCERVILLE -- Ray Settlemire, age 93, passed away at Lima Memorial Hospital on Saturday, June 28, 2025. He was born Sept. 2, 1931 to Harold and Doris (Sellers) Settlemire who both preceded him in death. Ray married Hazel Rosalie Fricke June 10th 1961, who preceded him in death.
